Siwei Xu

Siwei Xu is counsel at Henderson & Lee Law Corporation, where he brings a solid legal understanding and practical experience in family law, civil litigation (including small claims), and real estate conveyancing. His work includes drafting pleadings and agreements, appearing before the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia, and completing the tasks with outstanding communication skills.

 

Graduated from Southeast University in China, Siwei earned a Master of Laws from the University of Edinburgh, and completed his accreditation with the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. Before relocating to Canada, he practiced as a licensed lawyer in China.

 

Dedicated to supporting clients with practical legal solutions and a collaborative approach, Siwei values precision, teamwork, and effective advocacy. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the history and design of magnificent architecture.
