Dan (Danna) Shan assists clients on a variety of legal matters. Her practice consists of corporate and business, real estate, family law matters, will and estate, notary and authentication. Prior to joining H&L as an associate, Danna articled with the Firm and actively engaged in both litigation and solicitor work.

Danna graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Laws (Common Law) degree. She also obtained the Master of Laws degrees from the University of Cambridge, the United Kingdom and the Renmin University, China. Danna has strong experience in soclitor working including family agreement, will drafting and business law related matter.

Danna can deliver legal services in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

Outside of work, Danna enjoys music, swimming and travelling.
