Armin saeedi

Armin Saeedi is an Articling Student at Henderson & Lee who works alongside our lawyers to assist in both family and civil litigation. He is keenly passionate about advocating for the rights of parties affected by domestic agreements and other kinds of contracts.

 

Armin has a multidisciplinary background having studied political science at SFU. He obtained Juris Doctor degrees in both Canada (University of Windsor) and the United States (University of Detroit Mercy), and he plans to be called to the bar in both countries.

 

During law school, Armin worked pro bono in a criminal law clinic in the United States where he represented indigent defendants.

 

In his spare time, Armin enjoys weightlifting, playing chess, and hiking with his dog. He is fluent in English and Farsi and strives to assist clients throughout all steps of the litigation process.

 

آرمین سعیدی فارغ التحصیل رشته حقوق در کنار وکلای ما در دفتر حقوقی "هندرسون و  لی" در رابطه با دعاوی خانوادگی و مدنی مشغول  به کار مي باشد. او علاقه مند به دفاع از حقوق افراد در قراردادهای داخلی و انواع ديگر قراردادها است.

 

 آرمین که  مدرک ليسانس خود در رشته علوم سياسی را  از دانشگاه سایمون فریزر دريافت کرده است دارای مدرک دکترای حقو ق از دو کشور کانادا و آمريکاست و تصميم دارد در اين دو کشور خدمات حقوقی ارائه دهد. او در دوران تحصیل در رشته حقوق، در یک کلینیک حقوق کیفری در شهر دیترویت به طور رایگان کار می کرد و در آنجا وکالت متهمان فقیر را بر عهده داشت.

 

  آرمین علاقه مند به ورزش  و شطرنج است و در اوقات فراغت خود از وزنه برداری، بازی شطرنج و پیاده روی با  سگش لذت می برد. او به زبان های انگلیسی و فارسی مسلط است و در مراحل دادرسی به مراجعین فارسی زبان کمک می کند.
