Daniel Henderson graduated in 1988 from the University of Victoria Law School. While at university he was president of the Debating Society and was part of the Law School Moot team. After completing a summer clerkship at an international law firm and articles at a national law firm, Mr. Henderson was called to the bar of British Columbia in May of 1989.

Mr. Henderson then commenced work as a provincial Crown Counsel. During his five-year tenure with the Crown, he successfully conducted extensive trial and appeal work.  In 1994, Mr. Henderson went into private practice although he continued to prosecute complex and difficult criminal cases for the Provincial Crown. Since being in private practice Mr. Henderson has expanded into all forms of law: criminal defense, family, corporate/commercial, estate, administrative, prison, strata and immigration.  Mr. Henderson has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, the Federal Court, various administrative tribunals and he has sought leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Mr. Henderson has consistently achieved successful outcomes for his clients either through negotiated settlements or trial/appeal judgments. Daniel Henderson is dedicated to advancing his clients interests and making a positive difference in resolving their legal difficulties. The formation of Henderson & Lee Law Corporation marries Mr. Henderson’s local litigation experience with the international connections and solicitor experience of his partner, Cameron Lee.
