Leila Han received her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degree from Xiamen University in China and her Master of Laws degree from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing. She then obtained her Master of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia. When attending law school at UBC, she was a member of the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program. Leila was called to the bar in British Columbia in January 2018.
Leila’s practice is focused on corporate, commercial and real estate matters, more specifically in corporate organization and governance, financing and lending, real estate transaction, purchase and sale of assets and business, as well as drafting commercial and business contracts and agreements.
Leila has an accounting background and is currently working on her Certificate of Accounting at BCIT Business School. She is able to provide comprehensive, versatile and professional legal advice to her business clients.
Leila reads, writes and speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English. In her spare time, she enjoys playing piano, ballet dance and road trips.
